- 12 month leases minimum- no short term leases on first year of occupancy
- Buildings have an outside locked entry door with intercom system and a common hallway
- 1 assigned parking space per unit- plenty of extra parking
- $40.00 application fee per person
- $500.00 security deposit for qualified residents
- Most units will allow up to 2 cats with pet deposit
- Any service or emotional support animal accepted with proper paperwork.
- Half of the property is in Columbus Schools- half in Dublin Schools- please inquire as to school district a certain unit is in
